I have had a bracelet from this company,for a couple years that I wear almost constantly and it is in excellent condition. I needed to add a couple charms as my family is expanding (yea!!!) and the owner was very helpful in helping me do this. Product came in very timely manner, free shipping and as before, in excellent condition. i would definitely recommend Frosted Willow and will likely buy from them again.
