For several months, I struggled with adrenal fatigue after the prolonged stress of completing my graduate studies while managing family and work. I was so tired all of the time even though I had what I considered to be a very healthy largely organic, plant-based diet. In my search to reclaim my energy, I came across adaptogenic herbs.
Using my education and clinical experience of herbal formulation, I designed this Maca Latte with organic adaptogenic herbs which are widely used for nourishing and balancing the body while providing sustained energy, clarity of mind and the ability to better cope with stress.
I love the idea of food-based medicine and wanted to make herbs fun to incorporate in a delicious daily regiment...a ritual that I would look forward to. This formula is a favorite among many of my clients, family and friends. I hope you enjoy this blend as much as we do!
Full Ingredient List:

Directions:
1. Warm 1 cup of Milk of Choice and 1 teaspoon of Coconut Oil
2. Pour Milk and Coconut Oil into blender
3. Add 1 Tablespoon of Maca Latte
4. Blend on High
5. Sweeten to taste (if desired)
6. Pour in Cup and Enjoy

I have tried a few other mushroom type of lattes with cocoa powder etc, this is the best one! Some of the other brands I have tried actually give me a stomach ache, but this one does not. It has a subtle sweet flavor and mixes so smooth! Don’t change a thing Nadine! Will be placing a bulk order next!

I'm not a coffee drinker and don't know the affects of it...so I can't compare Maca Latte to it. But, however, I can say after having my first seven serving of Maca Latte I am experiencing something I haven't been able to in a long time. I wasn't able to bend my left knee much due to insane pain (from inflammation I'm guessing) but now I can. I can still hear all the grinding going on in both my knees but I can now get into a full on baby squat. A baby squat y'all! I can truly appreciate this 🙌 🙌 🙌. Thanks Nadine😘! On another note, it tastes great too! Can you take care of my anemia as well😆😄😄? Ordering my second batch now.

This Maca Latte is so delicious, earthy and satisfying! I love to make the frothy cup. It is a fantastic coffee replacement and it makes me feel stronger and clearer throughout the day. I highly recommend this product!!

Followed the instructions for making it and it was super tasty! I love that it's healthy and energizing without caffeine. 10/10 recommend and will buy more in the future.
