This is exactly as pictured. My only concern is that the item needs to be placed on a shirt with long, narrow (not spread) collars. The horizontal crossbar is quite short, measuring exactly 2.25" (5.715 cm) from tip to tip. That is too short for most of the dress shirts in my closet.
