These gorgeous 14/20 kt gold filled hoops are your "go to " everyday wear kind of jewelry. They are ever so tender sweet with a sleek slim line of shiny gold tinsel in the hair. They are extremely light and wispy, delicate, thin and gracefully classy.

These earrings are hand forged by myself. They are the actual standard ear wire gauge acceptable for most people who like to wear earrings. They appear delicate but are really quite sturdy, durable and are well made. They measure 1.5 inches wide...which is 3.8 cm in diameter. The actual width of the hammered portion of the ear wire is 1.5mm. They wear very light tinsel like.

You now have a choice of 1.5 inches wide or 2 inches wide in either a gold filled metal or solid 14kt gold.

14k Gold filled is considerably durable and considered a lifetime piece of jewelry. This is NOT gold plated or gold dipped vermeil jewelry which can chip off over time with wear. Gold filled metal is essentially a 14k gold tube filled with an inner core metal such as brass and has been mechanically bonded with high very hot heat. It will never chip or flake off such as gold plated metals. There is over 100 times more gold in 14k gold filled jewelry in comparison to a mere thin coat of paint in gold plated or vermeil jewelry. OR, you can always invest in solid 14kt gold too!

Most items are made to order with the exception of the OOAK jewelry pieces. Made to order items can take up to 5- 14 days depending on the work load I am experiencing and the item that is being made. In some cases I do have to order more material if needed to complete your item as I do not store higher end gemstones and gold in my studio. Sterling silver and gold filled jewelry can tarnish which is a natural reaction for these types of metals. Most local jewelry stores will carry quality polishing cloths or chemical dips to help aid you in keeping your jewelry shiny. I recommend that you take heed when wearing jewelry that has gemstones and remove them when doing dishes and manual labor. Silver, gold and gemstones although are natural materials ..they are still prone to fractures, scratches and breakage if worn carelessly. I take pride in making my jewelry with high standards and I hope that it will last my customers a very long time. However, care must also be taken on the customers part to protect the jewelry from damage and hard wear.

I am primarily a self taught metalsmith who took a few college classes in metalsmithing and traveled the country to learn in work shops by some amazing teachers. Helene is right, they're large for everyday earrings. Smaller size is best for daytime wear. I plan on ordering custom small pair for everyday with thicker gauge. I would love to know if the jeweler could make these wider? I just love them and they are exactly as advertised. I would just like a little more the hammered texture to be able to catch the light. I highly recommend these hoops!!

Exactly as pictured! Beautiful! The gold hoop earrings are large, but very light weight. They are flexible but rerun their shape when putting them on and taking them off. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this seller! Thank you for my beautiful earrings ❤️
