The Pirates' House is one of my Historic Savannah Quilt Squares - a collection of Historic Savannah buildings in paper-foundation pieced 12” blocks. Combine to make an entire quilt!
Built in 1754, the Pirates’ House was part of the original Trustees’ Garden. It served as an inn for visiting seamen and soon became a rendezvous of bloodthirsty pirates! Legends even say there was a “Shanghai” tunnel from the inn through the bluff down to the Savannah River. It is now a unique restaurant serving Southern specialties.
PLEASE NOTE: this is a listing for the pattern, not completed quilt. The pattern is for ONE block, not the entire Savannah Quilt.

I love this pattern. I had to repurchase it as I lost everything on my hard drive. I was glad to pay for it twice because I love it so much.
I made this book bag for my niece's 11th birthday. Turned out so cute! I jazzed up the outside with ribbon accent and "groovy" flowers. I guess tie-dye and 70s style is back in style.
This pattern was extremely easy to follow! The pictures are great and the explanations are very helpful! Very impressed with this. I have almost finished my purse. The part that takes the longest is getting everything cut out and interfaced. The rest went very quickly!
This pattern turned out great! It took me a little time & a message to the seller to figure out one of the steps but all in all it was pretty easy to assemble. I will make more for myself and for gifts. :)
