Avocado green was IT! We hipsters liked natural colors.

That was way back in the dark ages when I was married. "Earth" colors were all the rage and so was California....hence the marketing ploy of avocado green!

This is in super condition. It is Corningware, a great microwave safe product.

The green motif is just a great timeless medallion shape, on a pure white high gloss white claybody.

Mid century delight, as in style today as it was back then.

I would date this somewhere between 1968-1972, couldn't swear to it, but that is what I remember.

This pan goes from baking to serving to storage...which was Corningware's sales pitch. Corningware can go from stove or oven into freezer or water..Pyrex cannot. It saves time and a bit of clean up. It makes life a little more pleasurable by serving in an attractive pan.

This pan makes a perfect meat loaf to a yummy quick bread. Very handy kitchen ware!

Condition:
Excellent...still shiny and glossy, not scrubbed out like some corningware pieces.

Measurements:
9" x 5" x 3"

MADE IN THE USA.....Corning, NY
