Unique vintage lidded teacup with it's own infuser/ steeper for loose leaf tea!
Beautifully decorated with two asian children both holding gongs and dressed elaborately.
The girl's girl kimono is decorated with flying birds.
The boy's robe has dragons.
There appears to be fortune cookies also.
The lid is signed in Japanese.
All on a fresh minty green background!
The infuser is large leaving plenty of room for the leaves to unfurl and
release their flavor & aroma.
Some wear to boy's image, see pics with "zoom" feature.
No chips, cracks or crazing.
This set appears to be tansferware with hand decorated embellishmments.
Teacup alone measures 4 1/4"h x approx. 3" across top.
Teacup, infuser & lid measure 5 3/4"h.
