If you'd like one of my designs on another product I carry--say, you see it on my regular tee, but you'd like it on one of my baseball tees--please get in touch with me, and I'll work with you to try to make it happen. I don't charge for this and will charge the same price I list for the product you're requesting.

Unfortunately, I can't offer this service for buttons, stickers, magnets, or embroidered items.

1. Print on your home printer with the matching paper size. (Paper sizes are included in the file names.)

2. Have the file printed at your local Staples, FedEx/Kinkos, OfficeMax, or other nearby office supply store.

3. Upload your file to an online printer service, such as vistaprint.com, shortrunposters.com, uprinting.com, printivity.com, overnightprints.com, and others

Tips/Suggestions:

PDF files will open in Acrobat or another PDF reader. If you don't have this on your computer, it's available to download free at https://get.adobe.com/reader/.

If you're having a problem with this format, send me a message and I will send you the file in another format or size.

1. After your payment is confirmed, you’ll see a "View your files on Etsy" link which leads to the Downloads page. There, you can download all the files associated with your order. You will also be sent a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from Etsy and/or PayPal.

2. Click Download to save the file to your computer. Please note that you can't currently download a digital purchase through the Etsy app. Downloading a digital file must be done using your mobile browser or a non-mobile computer.*

*Although a digital file can be downloaded using a mobile browser, it is not recommended as it can degrade the quality of the image. The file should be downloaded onto a non-mobile computer.

Most items are custom-made; that is, made on-demand in the size and color that you order. Even without custom text, they are still considered to be custom items and cannot be freely returned or exchanged.

Of course, if your item is incorrect or damaged, I will replace it.

Items you CANNOT return/exchange include:

• Mugs
• Posters
• Tote Bags
• Digital Downloads

Fighting Words Designs is open. I’m creating new designs and taking orders. The printer I partner with is committed to keeping its people safe, so if a new variant comes along, it may take a bit longer to send out. Right now, everything is shipping on time.

I know we’ve all become used to receiving things at lightning speed. The pandemic took a toll on small shops like mine that don’t have a vast manufacturing base and resources.

I appreciate your understanding and will keep you posted if a new wave of COVID slows down shipments. Please get in touch with me if you've ordered and then decided you can’t wait. Since everything is made on-demand, I can't cancel an order once it's in process.
