Beautiful product. Ordering is confusing. I thought I was ordering 1 item but it turned out I was ordering 2. My bad but could possibly be more clear in ordering process. Worth it though, and my parents love the set!

I was extremely disappointed in the service of this company. I had issues when ordering- the site does not post the matching picture of what you are ordering, so I thought I ordered a 2 glass wine and cheese board but ordered a 2 glass caddy. Explanation at checkout was not provided. I was in contact with seller who did not offer a refund or discount on the caddy instead offered me a discount if I ordered a more expensive item. Seller admitted that the order process could be confusing but still was not able to offer any reasonable solution so now I’m stuck with a wine caddy which is nicely made but in my opinion, is useless. I ordered a wine and cheese board through another company on Etsy (Flowertown) and it was an easy order, picture and what I was ordering matched and the piece is beautiful!

Hello Sha, if you take a look at the item listing pictures, they show the four options we offer on this listing. We added text labels next to each picture so it's clear which item you're purchasing. For what it's worth, we actually don't sell a 2 glass wine and cheese board. The closest we have to that on this listing is a presentation tray that includes spots for 4 glasses and a bottle of wine. Is it possible you're thinking of a different item you purchased maybe from a different shop? In any case, It's really best if you read the item listing description and look at the pictures before purchasing.
