Our cleverly designed Wine Caddies are crafted to hold most any size or shape of wine bottle and standard wine glasses. Our Levitating Bottle Stand defies gravity while showing off your personalization and your prized bottle. Our Sommelier Boards are reserved for wine aficionados. This board shows off your favorite bottle with a display that is simple yet elegant.

Made from FSC sustainably sourced architectural bamboo. All of our pieces are hand finished and truly unique with natural variances and inclusions. The engraved area will show a natural variation in color and tone.

Each board is finished with a homemade board butter made from food safe mineral oil and beeswax. We do not treat our boards with sealants, varnishes, or dyes.

Due to the high volume of orders we receive each day, we are unable to provide proofs. Our workflow is very meticulous so from the moment the order is placed, our team begins working on it. More often then not, an order has already been made up (sometimes even shipped) by the time a customer requests a proof. If you have any questions regarding one of our products, please message us before placing an order.

***We do not engrave profanity, suggestive material, or religious iconography onto any of our pieces.

Please double check your shipping address prior to finalizing the purchase. Due to the volume of orders we have, we are unable to change them once the order is placed.

We will gladly reship packages that are sent back to us, but we ask that you cover the cost to ship it out a second time. The customer is also responsible for additional shipping costs when packages are returned to us because of invalid addresses, failed deliveries, shipping issues, etc.

We have a very quick turnaround time! All orders are usually made up within 1-2 days, then shipped with either UPS Expedited Mail Innovations for our leather products or UPS SurePost for our boards.

We do everything we can to get your order out in a timely fashion. However, if there are shipping delays or other unforeseen delays on your order we do not complimentarily upgrade your shipping speed.

All orders are made and shipped within 1-2 days. We do everything we can to get your order out in a timely fashion. Orders shipped outside of the US and Canada may experience delays due to customs. We are not responsible for customs fees, taxes, or any other international charges.

Delayed or lost packages are outside of our control. UPS does not consider an international package lost until 30 days have passed since the last tracking update. Only once that happens are we able to file a claim. We will then work with UPS to either refund or replace your order.

If they choose to reject our claim, we apologize for the inconvenience. Etsy does not hold sellers responsible for items that are lost in mail.

Our items are laser engraved; we don't use any ink in the engraving process. Each piece will engrave differently as the laser passes over it. Some leather pieces leave more char (soot) and some pieces of leather engrave with less black char. Our wood products will also vary in engravings as they are a natural material. Some engravings will be lighter than others.

Beautiful product. Ordering is confusing. I thought I was ordering 1 item but it turned out I was ordering 2. My bad but could possibly be more clear in ordering process. Worth it though, and my parents love the set!

I was extremely disappointed in the service of this company. I had issues when ordering- the site does not post the matching picture of what you are ordering, so I thought I ordered a 2 glass wine and cheese board but ordered a 2 glass caddy. Explanation at checkout was not provided. I was in contact with seller who did not offer a refund or discount on the caddy instead offered me a discount if I ordered a more expensive item. Seller admitted that the order process could be confusing but still was not able to offer any reasonable solution so now I’m stuck with a wine caddy which is nicely made but in my opinion, is useless. I ordered a wine and cheese board through another company on Etsy (Flowertown) and it was an easy order, picture and what I was ordering matched and the piece is beautiful!

Hello Sha, if you take a look at the item listing pictures, they show the four options we offer on this listing. We added text labels next to each picture so it's clear which item you're purchasing. For what it's worth, we actually don't sell a 2 glass wine and cheese board. The closest we have to that on this listing is a presentation tray that includes spots for 4 glasses and a bottle of wine. Is it possible you're thinking of a different item you purchased maybe from a different shop? In any case, It's really best if you read the item listing description and look at the pictures before purchasing. And if you still have any questions, you can always message us, we are happy to help!
