due to the pandemic, we use selected shipping methods to the following countries as standard shipping,
• ship via JAPAN POST E-PACKET to: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Denmark, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Noway, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand and The Netherlands.
• ship via JAPAN POST EMS to: USA (upon request with extra cost), China (upon request), Australia (upon request with extra cost), Phillipines
• ship via DHL express to: Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Finland, France, India, Israel, Germany, Guam, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Poland, Puerto Rico, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, UAE, United Kingdom and USA. Delivery is limited to DHL express regular delivery areas in each country.
• ship via Ta-Q-bin (kuronekoyamato) to: Australia (remote delivery area by dhl express)

*although our default standard shipping to usa is DHL express, customers in mainland USA, Hawaii and Australia can choose to ship via japan post EMS in case you prefer to get delivered by national postal carriers with EXTRA COST.
*for orders from australia, we use dhl express or kuroneko yamato ta-q-bin as standard shipping.
*if your zip code is in DHL express REMOTE DELIVERY AREA list, we will contact you after you place an order and you can choose whether to cancel your order or to arrange special delivery to your location with extra cost of USD26.00. )

*if no communication to reconfirm order details (mostly missing info needed for international shipping) by etsy messages or via email, your order will be canceled after 48-72 hours from the purchase date. we send 2 etsy messages and a few emails as reconfirmation emails. we also reserve the right to ship their orders via japan post which takes longer (if this shipping method is available at a time).

(3) DHL express with tracking number & signature confirmation (sign for) / your contact phone number is required / insurance included / track & trace online. required to sign upon delivery. only ship to DHL express regular delivery area based on zip codes.

• to customers in countries where we use DHL express as standard shipping or who chose to upgrade shipping to DHL express, we will contact you after you place an order if your zip code is in DHL express remote delivery area to arrange special delivery to your location with extra cost of USD26.00. in case the address is PO Box addresses and PO parcel locker addresses, DHL express cannot accept shipments so you may need to change to home address or business address.
• to german customers, we will not ship to packstation addresses as german post / DHL will not deliver to packstation address in case your parcel is subject for import taxes and fees.
• EMS is a shipping option by JAPAN POST. however, it might be handled by carriers like parcel force (uk), cronopost (france), DHL (germany - not dhl express), SDA (italy) to handle priority mails.
• online tracking may not be affective within 24 hours. it could take a couple of weeks to be affective on the website .
• some countries may not propose tracking online on their territory due to postal agreements with japan post.
(4) letter pack light or plus (customers live in japan only) with tracking / signature confirmation is required for letter pack plus / track and trace online / flat rate anywhere in japan

(2) you might be required to provide a proof of payment or purchase for the custom processing purposes by the customs or post office in your country.

♥︎ international shipping Q&A
(1) international shipments are not considered as lost or missing until 12 -16 weeks passed from the date of posting depending on a destination due to the covid-19 pandemic.
(2) you may contact your post office customer service center to get delivery updates and lodge a investigation with tracking #. check if your shipping address is correct. check with your family, neighbors or postal carriers if they receive the parcel for you.
(3) we can file an international postal investigation via japan post if you have not received your parcel after 15 business days from the post marked date. japan post will determine and give us updates of the package. this process may take 60 days to investigate with japan post + your post office. once it is filed on our end, you might receive a paper work to fill out and sign from your national postal carrier.
(4) in case a deliver attempt is made and you fail to receive or pick up the parcel, it is not considered missing or lost. you must contact your post office and work with your post office to arrange further.
(5) if tracking status says “delivered”, it is not considered missing or lost. you need to file "mail theft report" with post office.

• you cannot use talktothesun’s stamps to create something just with those designs. your creations must be something incorporated with talktothesun’s stamps with your own designs, various techniques and materials.
• you cannot photocopy, scan, trace or reproduce talktothesun's designs in any forms of graphic, photographic, mechanical, digital products including such means like laser cutting and 3d printing for both non-profitable and profitable purposes.
• you cannot use talktothesun’s stamps to create your logos, shop signs, trademarks, company mascots or branding.

• WE WILL OBTAIN OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, COPYRIGHTS AND SUCH ON ALL OF OUR DESIGNS, LISTING DESCRIPTIONS, PHOTOS AND IMAGES.

• no limits for custom stamps created with your own designs or custom stamps designed exclusively for you for commercial use with written agreements.
