**Our handmade promise**

We only use high quality, bridal tulle that is apparel grade tulle which is lead safe nylon (different from craft tulle) and is manufactured in North America (made in USA).
Because our tulle has to pass very stringent quality tests, the federal government recognizes nylon as being inherently flame retardant.

Many companies use polyester tulle because it's cheaper but polyester tulle is not safe. Polyester tulle is sometimes treated to make it flame retardant and the chemicals used are unknown.

Our styles are made to grow with your child so alterations are usually not necessary. If you provide measurements the dress should fit great even if it's been several months. We do offer free alterations if a mistake was made by us. Measurements are required with the original order for free alterations to apply.

Chest Measurement ~ Go the entire way around the largest part of the chest

Length Measurement ~ Start at the top of the shoulder to the mid shin (for tea length), ankle (for ankle length) or floor (for floor length.

We do not accept returns on custom orders and all dresses are custom and made to order. All of our dresses do have growing room and should fit perfectly if measurements are sent in. Be sure to include measurements in the customization box provided in every listing or send them in at a later date. If you do have any issues with your dress we still want to hear from you. Please contact us right away once it arrives. We are happy to help!

The dresses were really beautiful to look at. I was so excited to see my girls in them. Although, they were beautiful but they literally fell a part by the 3rd hour. They were not rough in them, they were not playing around in them, they did not do anything at all to cause them to fall a part. But the bottom tulle of the dress was just coming off. At one point, I had my bridesmaids use scissors to try to fix it from looking like it was unraveling. Before dinner even started, my girls were in another outfit bc it became a tripping hazard. Again, beautiful dresses, but it was a slight let down.

Cassie outdid my expectations on this dress. I had about a month left before our wedding and my daughter’s first option was stuck overseas. Cassie was able to get her dress in just in time with the expedited shipping. It fits her perfectly. It’s also perfect material and design. I can’t wait to see her wearing it in a couple weeks.
