The ring, BEAUTIFUL, my Fiance loved it, seems like great quality so far! Now the customer service, they said it would be ready in a month but instead I waited 2months. In between that time I kept messaging them asking for updates and they would take anywhere from 1 weeks to multiple weeks before they replied. They did finally reply at some point and tried their best to make things right, they gave me 2 day shipping and upgraded my carat size from .9 to a 1 carat, so I really appreciated that!
