This ADVANCE lady's dress pattern 4757 from the 1940's-50s era could be fashionable enough to wear today with its cap sleeves, square neck, fitted bodice and four-gore skirt. Patch pockets are an added feature. It comes in size 18 with a 36" bust, 39" hip, 30" waist, and measures about 68" around the lower edge of the skirt. During this time ADVANCE precut their patterns at the factory, and came unprinted. All 10 pieces and instructions are included, making the pattern complete. Pattern pieces are in good condition, although the instruction sheet is yellowed from age. The envelope is intact but has wrinkles and some mends and tears. Envelope size is 5-3/8" x 8-1/4". Flap is still on the envelope which says, "All our Patterns, Designed and Manufactured in New York, Fashion Center of the World". Thank you for looking.
