Everyone needs some brightness in their life and this fiber is sure to brighten up your day and your spinning wheel (or felting needle!). The color is a rich Yellow that goes from light to almost, not quite though, Orange.

Polwarth sheep produce a very fine wool with a micron count of 23 and a staple length of up to 6 inches. It’s also a perfect fiber for blending.

Here are the Stats:

100% Polwarth

3.3 oz/93 gr

I use professional acid dyes on my fiber and though I’ve rinsed until the water is clear, it may still bleed a bit during first washing (although I sincerely doubt this will happen).

Always wash by hand in cold water unless of course you want to felt – then by all means go ahead and use hot water.

Enjoy!
