This sculpture, Progression, is a piece about our 'human condition'. Some of the figures are working well together, others are not. They are pulling from our past accumulated knowledge, and their limited resources to move forward together... or not. The sculpture both hangs on the wall with two supplied wall mounts that hide in the stairs, leaving the piece suspended on your wall. The cast shadows between the stairs reverberate beneath and become as much a part of the piece as the figures. Then you may remove it from the wall and place it on the same mounts that are atop the legs, as you see in the photo. There is a bronze plate and granite base on the table option. It is very simple to hang, and swap from the wall to your dining room table for a great conversation piece. Are they moving up or down? Do they have a goal, or is it endless toil? You decide, day to day. Please email me with any questions.
Thank you.
