Magnetizing 108 mala is made of of 27 Ebony beads x 4 sets (108), separated by Tiger eye with a chedi amulet (copper) as the guru bead. The chedi amulet comes with it's original case, as shown in the last pic, from Thai temple, Wat Phra Pathom Chedi

Ebony wood (6 x 8mm)
Wood and seeds mala is use for magnetizing mantras. These are natural ebony beads, made from the Kamagong or Mabolo fruit tree. It has a plump shine and it is said of talismanic nature, unlike other wood, it is dense and sinks in water. (黑檀木)

Tiger Eye (10mm)
Has a wonderful reputation for attracting wealth, money and luck; it also enhances courage, brings passion and physical strength. It is said to have powerful spiritual uses and is an excellent tool for divination work. Historically Tiger Eye has been used in protective amulet, Roman soldiers would wear engraved stones during battle for protection against dark magic.

Phra Pathom Chedi amulet (36x24mm, widest point)
The full name means Holy chedi (stupa) of the beginning. Stupa is a place to keep the Buddhist relics). Phra Pathom Chedi is said to be the largest chedi/stupa in the world. It is also an important Buddhist site since it is in the area where Buddhism was first thought to arrive in Thailand from India. The chedi, which is certainly an impressive structure, is some 400 feet high and 800 feet around the base. It is located in the town of Nakhon Pathom which may well have been the capital of an ancient kingdom known as Suvarnabhumi.

A very important element in every chedi is the Tree of Life. It is a wooden pole covered with gems and thousands of mantras, and placed in the central channel of the chedi. It is placed here during a ceremony or initiation, where the participants hold colorful ribbons connected to the Tree of Life. Together the participants make their most positive and powerful wishes, which are stored in the Tree of Life.

This chedi amulet has a Monday Buddha at it's door and protective talisman on it's back. Buddha image is meant to inspire us to develop our inner qualities to achieve happiness, good fortune, and satisfaction in our lives.

You can do any prayers or good thoughts from any spiritual tradition with your mala. It is your thought and good motivation that makes your mala unique for your. Once your mala is used, it collects spiritual merit and considered a Dharma object. Please handle it with respect and treat it as part of your spirituality. Mala can also be used as an offering to any Buddha statues.

Short verson:

Do not worry about pronounceciation, the purer your thoughts and motivation, the more powerful will be the effect of the mantras. Prayers said for others have greater power than prayers said for oneself, karma yoga.

In traditional Buddhist, people are said to have 108 afflictions.
There are six senses - sight, sound, smell, taste, touch, and consciousness
multiplied by three reactions - positive, negative, or indifference)
making 18 "feelings."
multiplied by two categories - attached to pleasure, detached from pleasure
making 36 "passions",
Multiple by 3 as each "passions" may be manifested in the past, present, or future.
All the above (6 x 3 x 2 x3 ) makes a total of 108, represented by the beads.
