I use this bowl as an oil burner with a tealight candle underneath. Probably due to individual differences, it was a little bit shorter than the others. As a beginner in aromatherapy, I had trouble at first with a lot of soot from the candles, but this improved when I cut the wick shorter so that the flame was not too close to the bottom of the bowl.
