If you wish to return the item please contact us within 7 days of delivery and return it within 14 days of delivery. Full refund (except any shipping upgrade paid extra) will be given only if the item is returned in original packaging and condition, with security tag still attached. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless an item is found faulty. Please ensure the parcel is sent with recorded delivery (sighed for/special delivery for over £80/ tracked service) as we cannot be held liable for items lost in the post. Returns from outside the UK will need a Customs Declaration as "RETURNED ITEM", the value should be left empty to avoid customs fees being wrongly applied. Any customs charges will be deducted from the refund.

Sales outside the UK may be subject to taxes or duty. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties that may be incurred. For items that require customs forms to be filled out, the item will be declared as ''sales of goods'', and its value listed—no exceptions. Faulty items and Replacement

We check every single item before posting, but sometimes things happen. We mostly sell solid gold and silver jewellery and parts. If the item is delivered faulty we cannot send the refund or replacement without getting the item back, return shipping cost will be covered. The returns and replacements are not accepted if: 1. The item was damaged by wear, an accident or misuse. 2.Pictures of the damage are not provided. 3.Item tarnished on time ( this is a natural process, even solid gold jewellery tarnish on time and need right treatment and regular cleaning).There is a lot of information about gold online. Please read to avoid any disappointment.

Lost packages, delays and refunds

All orders are dispatched within 2-3 BUSINESS days with Royal mail services and delivered by Royal mail in UK and national postal services in other countries. Full refund or replacement will be sent if the item lost in transit. *********PLEASE NOTE********* Royal mail don't consider the item lost up to 15 business days of posting date for UK and 2 month for other countries. So no refund or replacement will be sent until this time is passed. We are a small business and not responsible for any postal service issues. Hope you understand! We are not responsible for items being sent to the wrong or previous addresses and not claimed parcels. If the item returns back to us, item cost will be refunded, EXCLUDING THE SHIPPING.

From 29 August 2025 the United States removed $800 de minimis threshold and all shipments imported into US are subject to 10% tariff. In order to create the shipping label for US parcels Royal mail require the tariffs to be paid in advance, so the total price includes 10% of the item cost and the parcels are posted as PDDP - Postal Delivered Duties Paid. PLEASE NOTE in case of the order return the tariff charge is not refundable.
