We do not accept returns or exchanges. Most plants will not make it through the stress of another journey. Please contact me immediately if you have and concerns regarding your order.

Yes. You must contact me within 24 hours of purchase for an order to be cancelled. Orders that have already shipped are not available to cancel.

Orders may require up to 1-3 business days for processing and are shipped on Monday and Tuesday to avoid additional transport stress on the plant. If you you place an order Tuesday - Sunday, please expect it to ship the following week on Monday or Tuesday. Orders are not able to be held, but can ship outside of normal shipping days. Please include a note with your purchase or send a message prior to shipping to confirm date change.

We always ship bare root and plant pots are not included. Plants may be wrapped with soil or light Sphagnum moss to accommodate shipping. Plants are boxed, secured, and delicately wrapped to minimize damage and stress. If the weather falls below 50 degrees or remains cool for long periods of time, we are not able to take responsibility for damaged plants unless you purchase a heat pack with your order. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

We also use USPS to ship via 2 or 3-Day Priority. With current shipping delays, plants are still covered under the USPS insurance, but all product (including boxing and box contents) must be saved should you need to file a claim. Priority Mail Express is available for an additional charge.

We offer a live-arrive guarantee: all plants are covered via our policy to only ship healthy plants that are alive and well at the time of shipment. Plants experience stress during transport and this does not cover lost, torn, damaged, broken, or missing leaves caused by transport or neglect to purchase heat packs during cooler seasons. Most plants will recover within 2-3 days of shipment with some needing an additional few days of love and care to perk back up. If there are any issues with an order upon receipt, please contact me immediately with your concerns and provide images of the box and contents for further assistance.

Sizes and availability are listed on each post for the corresponding sale. Should product be unavailable at or after the time of purchase, you will not be able to purchase said item or will be refunded the difference. Plants are not considered purchased or "owned" until the checkout process has completed and you have received a confirmation email.

Care instructions are provided for each plant based on the general needs of said plant and taking into account the location in which it is grown. Each plant requires its own specific needs and that must be taken into account when it arrives in a new location. Not all plants like to switch environments, but your safest practice to grow a healthy plant starts with proper lighting, then proper soil, next is proper humidity and air circulation, and finally proper watering. Try to further your research online or contact me with specific questions and I may be able to help.
