What happens if I enter my address incorrectly?

If you have entered your address incorrectly please message me to change the address. Entering the Incorrect address may cause delays in shipping, therefore I recommend double-checking your address before you submit your order. Make sure to enter the address number, the correct street, zip code, and state. ♥

For best wear on beaded products, I wouldn't recommend wearing this item to sleep, or in any type of water, and lotions. For crystal items, the best care would be to remove them before going to bed, working out, shower/baths, or in any type of water or lotions. Also, Keep/Store this necklace in an airtight space such as a box. Colors may fade over time but these steps will help the longevity of these items.

When should I expect to receive my order?/ When will my package be shipped?

All items are handmade and take up to 9 business days to ship out to the USPS. After the USPS has received your package, please remember due to Covid-19, the USPS shipping may take longer than usual, please be patient and allow a few extra days. There may be delays due to limited airline availability, reduced staff, government restrictions, and increased volume of packages. Whilst most products arrive on time, some delays are to be expected.

Why hasn't tracking on my package updated?

Don't worry if your tracking hasn't been updated, after your package has been dropped off at the USPS office, your package may or may not be updated until they scan your package. Sometimes the USPS doesn't scan a package even after a couple of days. In some instances, the USPS may not be scanned until delivered.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, I do not offer order cancellations because each item is handmade.
