No returns or exchanges accepted due to sanitary reasons. I will do my best to solve the issue as long as you are being fair & just. I encourage you to message me with any questions you may have so there is no issues with your order!

Once the package is dropped off, I have no control over it. I do my best to get items out as quick as I can without sacrificing quality. Delays can happen anytime with shipping so therefore I never guarantee when your item will reach you.

As long as I have enough of a print I can make it into what you want if you don’t see it!

I do for most of my items. The option to upgrade is available at checkout That price upgrades shipping from first class to priority & you are “tipping” me to hustle your order & make it my priority.

I try & restock items as quickly as possible. I like to do new things all the time so certain items may never be restocked. Grab them while you can!!!

I am not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. You will need to contact your local post office for any additional information. Once I drop off your packages they are out of my control! I provide tracking information & mail off your items as fast as I can. If it says delivered then you need to take it up with your local post office. I purchase my labels straight off Etsy so tracking info is automatically uploaded.

At this time I do not offer services for any overseas shipping

All order cancellation requests must be made in 24 hours. I work hard to get orders out quick in this timeframe and can not retrieve an order once it’s been dropped off.

I cancel orders if the message to buyer says things like “I want this color” but that color wasn’t chosen to make sure there are no problems later & my inventory is correct. Please make sure you look for the color you want & choose it!

I also will cancel orders if you are being rude or demanding. I have a good sense I won’t be able to please you no matter what & would rather lose a sale and not deal with false negative feedback. Be kind. It’s not hard!
