Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send me a convo so I can be of assistance. If a refund is necessary, I will be happy to refund the product price in full, once it has been returned.
Shipping policies
I do my best to ship 2- 3 times a week. Days will vary. Average shipping time in the US is 3-5 business days. *Priority shipping is 1-3 business days.*Express option is 1-2 business days. Please inquire with shop owner for *special shipping fees. All of the above are weather permitting and unforeseen shipping/postal issues that may arise.
My shipping charges may seem a little 'wonky' but its due to the variety of choices in one's cart that can weigh substantially more than the 2nd selection and so on. Every order is a different combination of heavy / light items. Please be patient as I continue to work those bugs out and make changes as I see fit. I ship mainly through the Etsy shipping process so please verify your address on your Etsy account. If necessary, send a note to seller with corrected shipping address. International packages have been known to have longer than normal ship time. Please order several weeks in advance to give it time to arrive. 6-8 weeks sometimes!
