Dramatic black and cream fill circle skirt with fantastic flower design and hand painted gold gilt accents! Cotton fabric about the colour of unbleached muslin with black speckled base fabric. 1-1/2" waistband closes with hooks and snaps on the right side of skirt. 2 pockets. Beautifully full true circle skirt looks to have been shortened, which doesn't spoil the dramatic effect of this beauty, but has been reflected in price! Stunning black brushstroke flowers with tendrils of metallic gold highlight the hem. Neatly hand hemmed with hem tape. Fantastic with or without a crinoline, for casual wear or party, all year 'round!

Measurements:
Waist: 25"
Hip: Free
Garment length: 23-1/2"
Skirt sweep: 150" +

Measurements given are for garment size, not your body size. Please measure a similar garment which fits you well, and compare!

Modeled here by my size small mannequin. Her measurements are: 33"x 23"x 35". This skirt is a little loose on the waist for her, and would fit someone slightly larger on the waist better.
