Broken Plates Quilt PDF Pattern Easy Corner Multicolor
Digital file type(s): 1 PDF
Have fun making this easy quilt! Use two fabrics...or nine!! Choose 4” or 6” blocks to make 3 layouts & 3 sizes. Use the Easy Corner™ technique - cut only squares, no triangles! The “leftover” triangle squares can be used for a throw pillow, pillow sham, or doll quilt.
This technique was born out of my difficulty in cutting and sewing right-corner (half-square) triangles - those messy bias edges will get you every time!
I’ve made the “leftovers into throw pillows, pillow shams, wall hangings, table squares, and even baby quilts. It’s great for those people who like to use up their scraps or for those who are collecting them for another scrap quilt. Just think how terrific “leftover” triangle squares would look mixed up in a scrap quilt of squares! It’s so nice to coordinate a throw pillow or sham with a quilt.
PDF pattern includes block layout, quilt layouts, all fabric requirements, sewing instructions, Easy Corner Technique, and quilting suggestions.

I made this book bag for my niece's 11th birthday. Turned out so cute! I jazzed up the outside with ribbon accent and "groovy" flowers. I guess tie-dye and 70s style is back in style.
This pattern turned out great! It took me a little time & a message to the seller to figure out one of the steps but all in all it was pretty easy to assemble. I will make more for myself and for gifts. :)
Really easy to follow. Fabric glue did not work so I used shoe goo instead. I made the straps longer.
This pattern was extremely easy to follow! The pictures are great and the explanations are very helpful! Very impressed with this. I have almost finished my purse. The part that takes the longest is getting everything cut out and interfaced. The rest went very quickly!
