This little vintage French purse is so sweet and ladylike. I think it is a gorgeous little treasure! It s the perfect size for a tube of lipstick, some change, credit card and other small necessities! It is made of black and clear/gray glass seed beads. I cannot confirm that it was handmade, but it is very possible that it was. If you would like additional photos, I would be happy to provide them to you

Condition: There is a snap that closes it and it is lined with black taffeta and there is even a tiny pocket inside. On the back is a loop that would allow the purse to either be held by hand or attached to a belt (see 2nd picture). The purse has been gently used, but shows little sign of wear other than the loosening of a few of the beads on the side (see picture) which, in my opinion, could be repaired easily.

Measurements: The size of the purse is 14cm (approx. 5 1/2in) at it's widest point and 11cm (approx. 4 1/4in) at it's narrowest point and the height is 9cm (approx. 3 1/2in). Weight is 63g/2.2oz.

NOTE: I try to describe as accurately as possible my items, however, it is possible that I may overlook something entirely unintentionally. Do remember that this is a vintage item...not a new item...though I can confirm that this purse has been sitting in a box in a closet for the last 20 years so all wear and tear to it occurred over 20 years ago!
