🐻 ☑ 2"-3": Ideal for merit badges, and very simple designs. Suitable for caps with 2-3 thread colors....But please be mindful, text does not turn out very legible at this size.
🐻 ☑ 3"-4": Ideal for shirts' pocket, sleeve, and small bags....But please be mindful of the details and number of letters to avoid a cramped look.
🐻 ☑ 5"-7": Perfect for chest areas on sports bags, totes, and backpacks.
🐻 ☑ 8"-10": Best for adult back patches on jackets, jerseys, shirts, or sweatshirts.
*The sizes provided are for the largest dimension of the patch, and the final measurements will depend on the aspect ratio of the design. If different dimensions are needed/requested please note that this may cause some distortion in the image!

Patches are done on high-grade twill fabric with a contour border unless otherwise specified in your order notes or per Etsy chat. We use high-grade fabric which is durable, and less susceptible to shrinkage, tearing, or fraying and also provides additional stability due to the thickness and weight.
