Once your item is marked as "shipped" it will be given a tracking number with the USPS. If you feel your package has been lost or stolen, please contact your local Post Office first. Seller is not responsible if it is delayed, lost, stolen, damaged or if you gave the incorrect address. I highly suggest insurance. Insurance can be added on at check out. Replacement items will not be sent out if package says delivered.

I do not gift wrap any of the supplies. They come in minimal packaging to save on weight and waste. If you need something specially gift wrapped please message me and we can see what we can do!

If you are looking to match a specific gem color for a cosplay, it helps to send me a character image. Computer monitors vary when looking at color examples. I will try my best to match up colors to your request and send you photos before shipping.

Please do not use my items for reproduction or reselling purposes. Making a mold of them for personal use is one thing, but making a profit from my hard work is not ok. Some of my items are unique to only my shop alone and are created exclusively by me, meaning I create the prototype by sculpting it and making my own molds.
