This is Dexter,he measures 6 and 1/2 Inches tall and is created from mohair with glass eyes.

He is pretty easy to make having a prim non-jointed one piece body design and the attatchment of a muzzle that is sewn onto the head(even his ears are sewn with the body all at once making him easier to assemble)

He looks wonderful displayed with primitive or antique decor or as a sweet companion in the arms of a bigger teddy or friend.

(This listing is for the Pattern only~ not the actual completed bear )

Dexter is shown above in two different colors,both achieved using my color wash technique(sold seperately in my shop)in a light pastel tint and a deep black color wash.

*You can use pre- hand dyed mohair in place of the color wash technique which you do not need to purchase to create this little bear,but it is a very fun and easy way to add color to a teddy*~* {The lighter Dexter is the photo that is used for the pattern}

This pattern includes directions,drawn illustrations,a material list,where to purchase supplies,antiquing tips and of course the actual pattern to make Dexter teddy!

*Some bear making skills would be useful for creating this teddy even though he is pretty easy to complete.*

Your pattern will be a PDF file available as an instant download after purchase.

You will need Adobe reader to download your pattern.Don't have it~Go to the Adobe website for a free download*~*
