Just the thing for the uke playing hipster in your life! A fabulous leaflet called '4 Chord System 4 Uke Chords Guaranteed to Play 30 Songs'

Fabulous jazz age graphics on front cover, produced by Allans music publishers which were a very well known publisher & seller of sheet music in Australia. Copyright MCMXXVI (1926). I assumed by the quite mid century looking desigh that it was much later 50's or 60's era until I noticed the copyright date in Roman numerals. Lovgely thick pages, they are beginning to come away from each other at the spine fold however I will leave that up to the future owner to fix or leave as is.

This is a fascinating & still useful peice of musical &social history. Very clear instructions on p[laying chords on Ukelele or banjo uke complete with finger positions, tuning, using a pick & how to hold the instrument correctly.

12 pages (numbered 3-14) plus the front & back cover, paperbound with staples (no rust in staples) size 6" x 9" (23 x 15cm)

Amazing 1926 '4 Chord System' for ukelele. Uke chords & instructions for 30 songs by Speed Langworthy
