For any items ordered that are required for delivery before Christmas please be aware that there are severe postal delays at present and that we cannot guarantee any items delivery before Christmas.

Any orders placed for international delivery after 20th November cannot be guaranteed delivery before Christmas.

New England Designs does not guarantee any items for pre Christmas delivery so please ensure that you order early if you are buying a gift.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the address on the order is correct. If your item is sent out and the address submitted is incorrect the buyer is responsible for the cost of re-sending the items once the items have been returned to New England designs buy the courier.

Please ensure that your address is correct before ordering as the seller accepts no liability for lost items due to incorrect address.

All Returns must be requested within 14 days as per distance selling regulations. Returned Items must be in original condition with all parts and fixings, unused and fit for resale. Any used or damaged items cannot be refunded as these are not eligible for resale.

Please ensure that all items are well packaged and that you return it using tracked post or have
postal insurance cover for the full cost of the items should the item be lost in the post. Refunds can only be processed once the items have been received and the items are complete and in re-sellable condition.

If the estimated delivery window has passed and your item has not arrived, I will be happy to deal with this issue for you. I will raise a claim with the courier and check if the item has been delivered or they consider it lost.

I will arrange a replacement order to be sent immediately once they confirm delivery or that the item is lost.

*I will replace any items considered lost once confirmed by the postal courier. I do not offer refunds for lost items.

*Claims Must be made within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Any requests for missing items after this date will not be eligible for claim, therefore please ensure that you notify the store within 30 days if you think your order is missing.

Each order is made to order and should have an estimated delivery window provided by Etsy when you order.

Standard production time is 3 - 5 working days and then delivery times may differ depending on your location. Please refer to the estimates provided.

I ask that you wait for the delivery window provided when you placed the order has passed before contacting the store regarding an item you consider late or lost.

If for some circumstances this time has passed and your item has not arrived, I will be happy to deal with this issue for you and I will raise a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement order to be sent once they confirm delivery or that the item is lost.

Tracking is not standard in the UK. Those customers wanting tracking on their items this is offered as an optional extra at checkout. There are two shipping options:

1/ Standard delivery - Untracked, proof of delivery only (This keeps the cost down for buyers, especially for international customers).

2/ Tracked and signed - Offers Tacking and signature on Delivery for an additional fee at checkout.

Unfortunately, I cannot provide tracking details or add tracking to orders after they have been shipped. If you require tracking please make sure you select it at checkout.
