This hand thrown stoneware tumbler is perfect for a cold drink on a hot day. Filled with a few cubes of ice it will still hold a can of your favorite soda or iced tea. The ergonomic thumb indent on one side helps you hold on to the chilled cup.

The decoration is called "shochikubai", a grouping of bamboo, plum blossoms and evergreen. This motif is commonly used in the Japanese culture as is the detail of the decor carried into the inside of the cup. The spiral at the bottom of the inside is a surprise awaiting you as you take that last sip!

The tumbler measures 6" x 3 1/2", is dishwasher safe and microwaveable but remember, you will be holding onto a warm cup.
