This is an adaptable strength program created by a Doctor of Physical Therapy to keep you running strong, fast, and injury-free!

There are recommendations included on how to adapt it to fit into your current running training plan to give you the most benefit.

The workouts take only about 30 minutes twice a week.

Strength training plays an important role in every runner's training but is often overlooked. This program is designed to follow the training phases of a traditional race buildup plan and complement these. This is a straightforward program that will benefit beginners to advanced alike! Running injuries can be a real downer and this program can prevent injuries with strengthening the right way.
