Who's John Dewey?

John Dewey was an American philosopher and psychologist whose beliefs had a strong impact on educational and social reform. Dewey played an important role in developing the philosophy of pragmatism (linking theory to practice) and was one of the founders of functional psychology.

This pop art design features a bold image of Dewey in black and white set against a bright background filled with polka dots and stripes. Dewey points out that education does not prepare us for life, education IS life.
