This is a vase made in the 1960s-70s by west german manufacturer Scheurich, with the famous flames pattern called "Lora": the red areas are underneat the dripped glaze which is cut away to reveal them*.
This color combination of brown/creamy white and red is quite rare.

It has two paper labels with the name of the manufacturer.
