Custom and personalised orders

Why is my order taking so long?

Custom and personalised orders

All orders are delayed due to the global crisis. All parcels are dispatched within the time frame i have given. It takes up to 1 week to leave Australia and atleast 4 weeks for United States, Canada and Europe mailing systems to deliver parcels to your door. All services are working overtime and are doing the best they can given the issues we are all dealing with. Please be patient and understanding. And thank you to the workers across the globe for their mailing services.

Do I need to pay VAT if I live in Europe?

Do I need to pay VAT when ordering from Australia if my country is part of the EU?

Yes, any country that is part of the EU must pay VAT to receive parcels from Australia as this is a compulsory tax that has been incurred by the EU.

I send orders using Australia Post and does not include insurance. Contact me if you require this. Freight costs indicated in my shop include postage & handling. ALL PARCELS HAVE TRACKING. Once your item has left my shop, travel and arrival to destinations and delivery times are out of my control. Prices indicated in my shop do not include taxes applicable in your country or customs fees as these are the responsibility of customer.

Cancellation of Order

If you require cancellation or refund once an order has been placed, please contact me within 24 hours and I will refund your money in full. I DO NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE if you change your mind once you receive your order. If item is damaged once you receive it, please contact me with proof of damage and upon my review, I will try to rectify as per situation. If there is a problem that I may have overseen or you are not happy with your item, please make the initial point of contact with myself so I may have the opportunity to rectify any issues where we are both happy with the result. Please choose items carefully as I have tried to provide clear photos of items to give you a clear indication of the product you are purchasing from my shop.

If customer changes their mind once item is in their possession.

If upon receiving your order, you are not happy with your item or you have changed your mind. I DO NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE. If customer has a legitimate reason for a refund such as damaged, then with acceptable proof, I will review, and come to an agreement with you. If I feel the damage warrants a refund, then I will issue it to you. ALL REFUNFS THAT MAY BE ISSUED WILL ONLY BE FOR THE ITEM THEMSELVES..NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR AND SHIPPING, VAT OR TAX COSTS. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me and we can come to an agreement that will satisfy us both.

If I am not happy with my item?

If you are not happy with your item, (wrong size, change of mind)..NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE will be issued. In an isolated issue where both parties agree a Refund will be issued, the refund will be for the item only. NO REFUND will be issued for shipping, tax or VAT costs.

In regards to Combined Shipping.. I do not combine shipping for separate transactions. Eg: If you place an order, then a second order before the the first order has been shipped, I do not combine the orders. Each order will be recognised as two separate orders due to my fees. ☆If you place your order before it has been shipped and you would like to make another purchase, please contact me prior to placing the second order. However, I do combine items in one transaction at one flat rate Shipping cost. Eg: If you place an order with 1 item or 10 items, you will only be charged one flat rate Shipping cost. My Shipping costs do not increase or decrease based on weight or amount of items.
