2 charming Japanese Girl paper dolls dressed in Okinawa's most famous kimono called the bingata kimono and the hanagasa (lotus flower hat). The bingata kimono was originally worn by Okinawa's royal family members. It is now the costume of a slow-moving Okinawan dance called "Yotsudake." Okinawa is a chain of subtropical islands in southern Japan.

Each paper doll measures approximately 15cm x 9cm.

All the paper dolls are carefully handcrafted by me, with lots of love, effort and attention to details. Each piece of material (patterned paper or cardstock for clothes, hair, accessories, etc) is hand drawn and hand cut before being folded and assembled to form the doll. Each doll is unique. They are perfect for gifts, great as toppers for cards, bookmarks, notebooks, etc. Frame them up as a picture and they would look cute too!

The dolls will be sent packed in a re-sealable cellophane bag.
