My husband, T.E. Watson, needed a very specific-looking blue gingham bunny as a model for children's book illustration for one of his stories, so of course we went to Etsy. I printed this pattern on 8-1/2" X 11" paper which created a 9" sitting bunny, 13" with straight legs. The pattern is very clear and easy to do. Pay attention to leaving the openings for stuffing and ear placement (I got ahead of myself in a couple places and had to rip out, oops). The gingham fabric I used was very lightweight, so I fused interfacing to it to make sure the seams wouldn't split while being stuffed. She is exactly what we needed and very cute. She now sits in a doll chair in my husband's office.
