Custom rustic olive wood serving board, personalized just for you. Perfect gift for a new home, newlywed, or a hostess gift.

If you purchased a juice groove board, the board will be engraved on the *non juice groove side* unless specficially asked otherwise on the order.

ABOUT:
Each batch of olive wood is completely different than the last. These boards are as natural and unique as the trees they come from. The wood is upwards to 75 years old.

Due to the nature of being natural wood and handmade, these boards do not always lie completely flat.

Please note the pictures are just an example of the board you will receive. The wood striations in olive wood
vary from board to board. No two boards are the same in shape, size or color. Not all have a bark edge. Not all have curves.
Some are darker in grain then those shown in listing photos. Some are wider than shown, some are more narrow.

We do not allow “cherry picking”, though we will try and accommodate certain requests.
However, due to the nature of the boards specific requests for shape or color cannot be guaranteed, as boards are chosen according to the design and your custom details. Please purchase accordingly. **Custom products are not returnable.**

SIZES:
widths vary due to natural edge. Most are slightly longer than measurements stated. The thickness also varies from board to board.

15" x 6 to 7" (typically oval without curves as they are made from branches)
17” x 7"
19” X 7 – 9”
21" x 8 - 10" - scarce size, limited stock

These olive wood products are ethically produced, made from the wood of trees which no longer produce fruit. New trees are continually being planted to replace those used to make these products.

Maintenance:
Wipe down with cutting board oil or mineral oil every 1 to 3 months.
Please DO NOT put in dishwasher. Hand wash only.
Please DO NOT leave soaking in water or exposed to heat or sunshine.
Please DO NOT cut on engraved side of board. Safe for food contact, this is the display side of the board.

Due to cutting boards being a custom product, they are not returnable. Thank you for your understanding.

Water is the enemy of wood.
Do not immerse any product in water.

Guest books - these are sealed with Watco Danish Oil Natural. This should protect your book for many years in most conditions. Do not get the books wet, or store in very humid conditions. Water and humidity can cause warping.

Wood cutting / olive wood boards:
Do not immerse in water. NEVER put in a dishwasher. Rinse, then scrub gently with a soapy sponge or cloth to remove stubborn substances. Rinse again, then dry with a towel, and stand on edge to allow front and back to dry equally.
The above applies to marble and acacia boards too.

IMPORTANT:
We use USPS and UPS as preferred carriers.
FREE SHIPPING will be via Parcel Select (USPS) or UPS ground. These services may not insure your package for full value. Please message us from your order for more info.

Items returned to us by these carriers - you will be notified of the return via ETSY message and email. You have 30 days to make re-ship arrangements before we discard your item.

IF a package is marked DELIVERED and you don't find it - unfortunately both carriers require YOU to initiate a missing package search. Once marked delivered it's out of our hands, except that AFTER you've initiated the missing item search we can file the loss claim and reprocess your missing item.

The piece is beautiful! I got the 17 inch. The length was spot on but I figured the width would be a little bit wider for me to work with. I feel I’m not going to be able to cut much on it. BUT Beautiful craftsmanship and super fast turn around and shipping.

Absolutely beautiful! I am extremely happy with my purchase, this was worth every penny. I am glad I splurged for the larger size as it is a more narrow board. The personalization & look of the wood is really impressive.
