Wearable by Design strives to make elegant, one-of-a-kind art jewelry. Artisan jewelry by it’s very nature is delicate and should be handled with extra care.

All items are warrantied against breakage for the original owner. Should any item break during the first 90 days, and you feel it is through no fault of your own, I will repair it free of charge! This does not include accidents & mishaps. Should an accident occur, I might charge a fee for repair of the piece, based on degree of damage, and amount of time necessary for repair. Returned items must be shipped in original box or it's equivalent to prevent further damage.

Please note that some components and stones are one-of-a-kind, and may not be able to be replaced exactly.

Custom item may not be returnable or refundable.

Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.

If a package is confirmed lost via tracking, I will replace the item or refund the purchase price if the item cannot be replicated.

Because tracking is not available on international shipping, an item will not be considered lost until 60 days after the item is shipped.

Domestically:

Items are shipped either USPS/UPS or FedEx at the sellers discretion, with tracking to protect both the buyer and seller. Items whose value exceeds $100 are insured.

Internationally:

Items are shipped USPS International. The seller is not responsible for any customs charges that may occur for any reason.
