We apply the photos by printing them on a real photograph paper. We provide this service to assist our customers. If you are sensitive about the cropping of the photo, send the photo to us exactly as you want it. If it is cropped in a way you do not want afterward, it is your responsibility.
If you do not send a photo within 48 hours, although we have requested it from you, your products will be shipped without a photo. We do not accept returns afterwards.
