Our items are made to order, and some items will take a bit longer to make. Production times are longer during peak gift seasons like Christmas, Valentine's Day, or Mothers/Father's Day, but we work very hard to get our products turned around quickly no matter the season. If you need Priority delivery, contact me to arrange shipment via Priority Mail for a $6 up-charge (U.S.).

Please verify all address and order information carefully. Information cannot be revised after the order is submitted for production. For items with customizations, I can't be responsible for spelling errors that are submitted via the order, so please check and verify the spelling of any text submissions carefully.

If you are not completely satisfied with your mug, please give us an opportunity to make it right before leaving feedback. Customer satisfaction is our goal! Occasionally a mug will be broken in transit, and we will replace at our cost - simply send a photograph of the mug showing its condition. There is no need to ship it back.

In order to provide the best available shipping rates, we use what is called "last mile shipping". This means that DHL e-commerce brings your item to your local postal service, who then carries your item the last mile to its final destination. Tracking will pick up at USPS once DHL has handed the package off to your local post office. This process may take 7-10 days, so please allow for that when placing your order. If needed the item sooner, you may upgrade to Priority Mail which generally takes 1-3 days. Please NOTE during high volume holidays we cannot offer the shipping upgrades.
