This listing is for the August 1960 issue of Harper's Bazaar Magazine. It is 156 pages of amazing fashion, beauty, and popular culture.

A fascinating look at the culture of the time, this magazine would be a great research tool. On the other hand, the slightly-oversized aged paper (9 3/4" x 12 3/4") would be great for scrapbooking, card making, or altered art projects. Would also make a fantastic backdrop for your photography.

Wow. It's the color issue! The pages are filled with wonderfully vivid and vibrant ads, fashion, and gorgeous photography. Five photos simply don't do this issue justice. This is Harper's Bazaar, the fashion and beauty authority. First published in 1867, it served as a style resource for “women who are the first to buy the best, from casual to couture.” Aimed at the upper-class, it delivered a “sophisticated” perspective into the world of fashion, beauty and popular culture on a monthly basis, and, of course, is still wildly popular in print today.

It is in very good shape for its age with the normal vintage wear. The pages alternate between black-and-white and color.
