Custom and personalized orders

We personalize the stone or slate for you. We will send a proof. We take a picture and impose text and graphics on the photo. Please note, your product might vary slightly due to sizing and we carve by hand. The proof is computer generated.

We cast our own stone in The Rusty Stone. We have selected the best stones for shape and size, created a mold and cast the stone for you. The stones in the listings are perfect for size and shape but may differ in color slightly. We feel that these stones hold up very well in the elements and shouldn't crack. We apply the best sealer (non-visible) to your stone prior to shipping. You will notice that rain beads off of your stone and that is normal. The manufacture claims that the sealer last 15 years in a high traffic area.

Custom and personalized orders

We take great care is packaging your stone. If a stone is broken in shipping, we will replace the stone with the same content. Small chips happen during shipping as well as in the elements. It's the character of the stone. If there is a chip in the stone but the intent of the stone is available, we will not refund. Any refunds will be given upon return of the stone.
