Our current processing time before shipping is 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking notification once your item has been shipped. We ship all packages with Flat Rate shipping through USPS. Most of the time, we fill orders in the order received.

International orders take approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive from the shipment date. International orders may have additional customs fees and/or tariffs depending on your country. You, the buyer, are responsible for paying these costs. If you place a large order, taxes are especially high in UK, Germany and Australia.

Unfortunately, once we deliver your order to USPS, it's out of our control.

If an item is marked as "Delivered" and you have not received it, follow these steps:
1) Verify the shipping address is correct.
2) Check with anyone who might have received the package for you (i.e. family member, friend, neighbor, etc.).
3) Contact or visit your local post office to see if they're holding the package or have any further information.
4) If 21 days have passed since initial shipment and you've done steps 1-3 send us a message to let us know.

Le Fabuleux Geek Boutique, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package is marked "Delivered" USPS considers their job done. At this point we cannot file an insurance claim.

We accept returns on unlit candles only; items must be in their original condition. Buyer is responsible for shipping the items back to us. We will refund the cost of the items, but not the original shipping fees as those have already been paid to USPS.

Refunds are handled on a case by case basis. However, we do not refund for cosmetic reasons. Read more about these under "APPEARANCE & QUALITY".

In our shop policies, we state that we don't accept cancellations. However, we pour our candles in small batches and if we haven't poured your candle yet we will cancel your order. We will not cancel orders on candles that have already been poured.

Contact us directly with any problems you may have and we will do our best to work with you.

This is our way of selling our "mistake" candles. It is normal for soy candles to have imperfections and variations, but if any of the candles look "too rough" we put them in our "mutations" pile. When we have accumulated a few, we hold a "mutations sale" selling the candles at a deep discount. These candles have the same scent and burn quality as our regular candles, but are simply not as pretty to look at.

We are passionate about our candles, we've been candle making now for a handful of years and always do our best to craft a high-quality product.

As for the creativity of our candles, our scent mixes and color choices are based on our interpretation of the inspired source material. You may not agree with our interpretation; everyone has their own opinions. Please keep this in mind as you shop and leave reviews. We appreciate honest constructive customer criticism as it makes us better at our craft but ask for your kindness too.

SAFETY FIRST:
Keep clear of flammable items. Use with caution around children and pets. Never leave a lit candle unattended. Be sure to blow out the candle when finished and upon leaving the house.

BURN DIRECTIONS:
We recommend allowing wax to reach a full pool on each burn; meaning the liquid wax surrounds all sides of the jar and not just the middle. This can take 2-3 hours. If this is not attainable at least allow wax to reach a full pool on the first burn. This helps guide future burns and to achieve a decent scent throw. After each burn, trim wick 1/4" to keep the flames in control and keep the wick clean. Wicks that are not trimmed may develop a bulb and cause soot (black smoke).

Our candles are made with the maximum amount of oils recommend for soy wax by the fragrance suppliers. If you’re having a hard time smelling the candle try placing it in a smaller room or using more than one candle for a large room. Our candles vary in strength; most will fill a small room with scent, but not necessarily a large open area. Also, make sure you are not simply getting used to the smell by stepping out of the room your candle is in or shutting the room’s door to strengthen the scent. We use a mixture of both natural and synthetic fragrance oils.

Our candles are homemade and hand-poured with all-natural wax in small batches. Colors and appearance may vary from featured photos. Due to the all-natural wax, these cosmetic imperfections may occur; frosting (white patchy texture on side of jar), wet spots (when wax doesn't fully detach from the jar), dye spots (spots of dark color), and uncentered wicks (we are only human).

These "imperfections" are unique and natural characteristics of all-natural soy wax candles and should not affect the scent or performance of your candles. We work hard to eliminate these imperfections, but it's not possible 100% of the time. A lot of these issues may occur due to temperature changes while shipping (when the package is out of our care).
