Antique 19c. Russian imperial litho tin box.

Shaped as a suitcase, slightly narrower towards the bottom, with straps and rivets. The lock mechanism in front, a handle for carrying on top of the lid.

Patches of rubbed off paint especially on top, rusted spots, some dents in the frame of the lid, scratches and some rust are the witnesses of the long history of this unique tin.

Great Cyrilic lettering and ornamentation with double- headed imperial eagle decorating the bottom.
