DESIGN PROCESS
Simply email me a high quality photo to sophiejovetic [!at] gmail.com and let me know if you'd like any inclusions, for example pets or figures. You can also let me know if there's anything you would like to exclude like telephone wires, or I can make the call myself. I can also add a hand-written caption below the image. Prior to delivery, I will email you a digital scan of the finished piece.

TIMING AND DELIVERY
Turnaround is usually about two weeks. If you need your order for a specific date, please let me know and I might be able to get it to you sooner. All orders are safely packaged, and First Class Royal Mail in the UK takes 1-2 working days. International deliveries are tracked and may take up to 12 business days to arrive. I have customers from around the world.
