Returns & exchanges
If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact me through Etsy convo. It is the customer's responsibility to contact us as soon as possible and before returning any item. I will accept returns & exchanges within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will not be given on shipping charges. Custom orders cannot be returned.
Shipping policies
All items will be shipped via USPS within 2-3 business days of receiving payment. Customized and personalized items may take slightly longer due to the proofing process.
PLEASE be sure to DOUBLE-CHECK your shipping address!!! I must have a correct shipping address to get your order to you :) We are not responsible for re-printing or re-shipping any orders that I did not get the current or properly worded address for.
The goal is to get your purchase shipped to you as quickly as possible. Please contact us (before placing your order) about upgraded shipping options (for an additional cost) if you need your order rushed.
