The parameters for free alterations is as follows:
1. Dresses a slight release in the underarm and bust area
2. Skirts a 1 inch release in the waist.


Major alteration for dresses is $45 dollars (includes taking a dress in). Dresses are made to measure if a dress must be taken in buyer hasn't provided accurate measurements or not provided updated measurements should there be a change after ordering causing a full re-sizing where the above cost must be assessed.

For skirts or shorts if the waist band must be removed the cost for adjustment due to incorrect measurements is $25 dollars. It is the buyers responsibility to provide accurate measurements.

Care Instructions:

All African Wax Clothing along with Sweatshirts/Sweatshirt dresses/Sweatsuits it is recommended that they be dry cleaned to preserve them like new. ( I do this for my own as well)

Headwraps and t-shirts can be washed note that for a headwrap the fabric will soften with each wash depending on how much wax coating is on the fabric. Wash cold inside out hang to dry.

If you are going to wash your leisurewear items because the fleece is very soft DO NOT put in the dryer because it will cause pilling to occur. Simply hang to dry.

All dresses, tops and skirts are made to order.

Dresses are not made to US sizing charts they are made by measurement.

Skirts are made in accordance to waist measurement. They are high waist so measurement needs to be taken 1" above belly button.

If an order has been placed with no measurements provided beyond 6 weeks the item will be refunded minus 10 percent and canceled.

Can this be made in plus sizing?

Each garment is made accordance to measurements not by "sizing".

Example
Bust 32 - 38 Waist 24 - 31"

Each customer would need to know their basic measurements to see the correct range\pricing that is applicable to what they are ordering.

All formal dresses and skirts are made to measurement, not by "size."

Each item outside of t-shirts and pre-made items are made by measurements. The specific description states what measurments are required. PLEASE NOTE DELAYS IN PROVIDING THE REQUIRED MEASUREMENTS CAN CAUSE PRODUCTION DELAYS FOR THE ORDER. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate measurements.

When selecting a size range for a made to measure item you select according to the "range" your measurements fall. This does not mean you item is made to a range. It is simply a guide for the correct pricing of the item depending on the amount of fabric needed to make. Smaller measuerments require less fabric larger measurements require more.

EACH ITEM IS MADE TO YOUR PERSONAL MEASUREMENTS, which should be provided in the NOTES TO SELLER SECTION when ordering or via etsy message thereafter. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHERE YOU FALL PLEASE MEASURE FIRST BEFORE ORDERING to make sure you are selecting the correct range.

AGAIN FOR CLARITY YOUR ITEM IS MADE TO YOUR SPECIFIC BODY MEASUREMENTS PROVIDED NOT TO THE RANGE THAT YOU SELECT.

Face Mask CAN NOT be returned, Due to the personal nature of this item and the reason they are being purchased for safety reasons masks can no longer be returned.

Masks can however be exchanged at the discretion of the seller.

The Filter pocket is located on the side of the mask there is an opening to allow you to put a filter in the mask

Ribbons COORDINATE OR COMPLIMENT they are not an EXACT MATCH.

IF you want an EXACT MATCH then you must choose the fabric tie option.
