Everyone I know has held a Craftsman tool at some point, and I have never heard many complaints, especially the ones made years ago. This rolling toolbox is a shining (and a bit rusty) example of mid century quality.

The tool cart lived in a barn in Central California it's entire life. The drawers must have remained shut for decades, as there is almost no rust inside. The outside has some rust. The bottom drawer is there, though I realize I have not included it in the photographs. I will add a shot when I have my next opportunity.

The toolbox has no key, and the lock is in the locked position. If you desire, you may have a key made. The drawers open and close with no problems, and everything lines up as was intended by the manufacturer. The casters all roll perfectly. There is a nice, made to fit black mat on the top of the unit to keep tools from scratching.

I cleaned the toolbox with 409 and a terry cloth towel. It is ready to hold tools, or you may want to restore this a bit. The chassis is in great condition, and a little bit of work would reap great rewards. This one even comes with the original instructions.
